Palmer 65pc Flatware Set, 65 Piece, Silver

Gorgeous set! Hammered, shiny look reminds me of ripples of water. Engraved with Reed & Barton name and Vietnam on the underside. Very shiny! Purchased this design to avoid scratches on the finish. So far, so good! Knives do not have teeth and went through the dishwasher fine. No rust as mentioned in other reviews. Nice weight, substantial, solid. Did I mention I love this set?? Can’t go wrong with Reed & Barton = quality! 🍴

Love this set. Beautiful finish. Have owned for over a year and used daily (with small children, dishwasher, and not being gentle) and they still look like new. Originally purchased because I had come across just a fork from this set, and it felt perfectly weighted and the most comfortable quality silverware that I had ever held. The rest of the set follows suit. Would give it ten stars.

I bought these about 6 months ago, my main concern was rust spots and if the nice shine would last. After plenty of use, I'm delighted that all the cutlery still sparkles after every wash and I haven't had a rust spot on any piece yet, obviously after reading the previous reviews we haven't put a knife in the dishwasher and wash them by hand. But still, every piece looks brand new. A great buy in my honest opinion. This is my edit: I've had these for a few years now and they still sparkle, with no rust. I actually bought another set because the kids seem to eat the spoons or something. A great purchase.

I’m so disappointed in this flatware. Reed & Barton are normally high quality. This flatware wasn’t inexpensive. It’s showing significant scratches already and it is rusting.

Love this flatware! The design is casual but elegant. The hammering on the handles- which are shiny like the tops- is beautiful and prevents scratches from showing. The pieces are light in weight and well balanced. I have used for one month now, in and out of dishwasher, and no rust. I did a lot of research and for this price point the manufacturer, Reed and Barton, is highly recommended (the flatware is made in China, however). I wouldn't purchase anything but 18/10 stainless and am very satisfied with this set.

These were a little pricey but I wanted to match my current set with the same brand and design. They are sturdy and very pretty. It’s nice that they come with the serving pieces. Overall, very happy with my purchase

The set is very nice looking and has a good feel in your hand. I has a certain heft about it that makes it feel expensive. the edges of the pieces are smooth and everything appears to be well made. My one complaint is that it says dishwasher safe, but the knife blades were coming out of the dishwasher with rust spots on them. They appeared to be superficial and rubbed off relatively easily. I switched to a liquid dish detergent and started using a heated dry cycle and the problem seems to have gone away, but for the price and the fact that they say "dishwasher safe" I feel like this shouldn't have happened at all

Just what I was looking for! I have no use for the cheap cutlery that feel "tinny" in your mouth. This is good quality cutlery. Feels nice and "substantial" in your hands and is well balanced. Very attractive and not hard to clean. I have not put it in the dishwasher, as I do not care for the level of cleanliness my dishwasher provides. If you want quality and affordability, this is the way to go.
