Great knee support and super firm sleeves
Great quality noticed when open the package, the knee sleeve are tight what in my opinion is excellent because I was looking for a robust knee support. These knee sleeves will keep your knees on the right place avoiding injury due to lateral movement. I got 7 mm version, they are not the best to run but with time you get used to sleeve fit and will like it.

Really good Knee Sleeves
Finally got a chance to test them out last night and I am very happy with them. Kept my knees warm and my squats felt a bit easier because my knees were nice and compressed and didn't feel any pains.. I had a pretty intense leg workout yesterday and I must say I felt great afterwards and didn't feel any soreness in my knees. They are nice and tight and felt kinda like leg wraps which is great. My quads/hamstrings and calves are really sore but my knee feels great. This product held up to a pretty intense workout so thumbs up.. My workout below:- Squats: 4 sets x 12-15 reps (lbs - 185, 205, 225, 225)- Squats To Bench: 4 sets x 12-15 reps (lbs - 225, 275, 275, 315)- Leg Press: 4 sets x 12-15 reps (Plates - 8, 10, 12, 12)- Leg Extensions: 4 sets x 15-20 reps (lbs - 205 entire set)- Stiff-Legged Deadlift: 4 sets x 12-15 reps (lbs - 135, 155, 155, 155)- Lying Leg Curls: 4 sets x 15-20 reps (lbs - 95, 110, 110, 110)- Glute Kickbacks: 4 sets x 20-25 reps- Seated Calf Raises: 4 sets x 20-25 reps- Leg Press Calf Raises: 4 sets x 20-25 reps
