Do A Great Job
Thermacare are usually good and these dont disappoint. Not tried shoulder ones before but my wife is very impressed. Need a bit of encouragement to stick but once secure they warm up really nicely

I find best for movement and comfort for me
I have tried several types of heat patch, most are sticky all over and eventually become hard and uncomfortable. This heat pad attaches at each end only so your skin moves naturally and the heat is better distributed.

Have used these fir a number of years now. Tremendous help.

Stays warm
Over the years I have tried many heat pads for ongoing back pain issues. Thermacare are by far the best for getting the hottest and retaining heat the longest. I can easily have these on for 12hrs and they remain hot. Unfortunately they seem to be getting harder and harder to source.
