My sister had been getting severe migration and had a very low energy after having two kids. We did a lot of health checkups and only thing that came out was low HB. Every time she tried iron supplement tablets, she would get constipated and even after trying for 15 days bearing issues, she didn't see any relief. This tonic helped her genuinely after 2-3 weeks. She had been taking it regularly and for the first she had period but with no added migraine. Please note this is not a sponsored review, it is my genuine experience seeing the benefit. Good and natural iron supplement, works well for someone who is facing issues with iron deficiency

This product is infused with herbs containing vitamin C which helps in quick iron absorption therby increasing haemoglobin. Overall a good product but it's bit sweet.

It is a good iron supplement for everyone who doesn't want to take traditional elemental iron supplements. But like other iron supplements it causes constipation but not nausea. It mostly contains non-heme iron which doesn't absorb easily. I am giving it (5 ml one time) to my 3.5 years old kid and he gets constipated because of it. Dr. recommended my kid a traditional iron supplements which causes not only constipation but also bloating and nausea so I threw it and bought this one. Be careful before giving any iron supplements to kids.

Has nice taste, result varry people to people. Looks good to me.

Non constipating iron syrup with ingredients like grapes,Amla sarsaparalli Acacia,Bilwa etc.. It's sugary so may not suit diabetic patients..A slight metallic taste due to ferrous sulphate..will buy again!

Way too sweet and thick, you have to cringe to swallow
