On the positive side, the product does stay firmly attached to the window. However, the gear mechanism for the right hand side stripped out after the first day of use. This causes the handset to be off-center, amplifying any vibration transmitted to the unit. I would not recommend this unit since it has poor product construction.

Great product . Mount has a nice strong suction and will keep even a big phone such as my note 3 in place. One thing one should note is that the suction part has a small plastic film which must be removed before attempt to attach to the surface. Failure to do so will result in a weak suction and or won't stick to the surface at all.

I received this phone holder yesterday and tried to stick it to my windshield of my 2016 Ford F-150 and it would not stick in any way shape or form. I cleaned the windshield and moisten the suction cup and it would not stick at all not even for one second and it would drop off. I've had many different phone holders over the years that lasted many years and usually broke with age. My advice is, for something like this, buy it at Walmart. Then if there is a problem, it's very easy to return and no hassle.

This worked well for about two months. Until the right arm stopped latching and won't hold my phone in place anymore. Nearly killed myself when my phone fell outta the holder and onto my hands while driving.

Works great for my samsung galaxy s6. I use it to make journal entries at home, for GPS in the car, and for a stand for watching movies or using skype.

I purchased it after reading the reviews. While I agree that it is well designed, but the part I got has almost no suction. Does not stick to dashboard and fell off from the windshield screen. (And Yes, I read through the instructions and mounted it properly). Not sure if it a faulty part or just the defect in product. Not happy with it.

This is the best little holder ever, very stable, holds our phones, and our GPS, alike really well and very easy to adjust and they give you this really cute little car keychain as a little gift inside the box too. It's a great buy. In fact liked it so much just bought a second one for our other car.

The phone kept falling out of it when I was driving. I would squeeze the sides in to hold the phone snugly, then after a few minutes they would just spring open. This happened several times until I finally gave up on this stupid thing. The glass suction cup also did not stick onto the windshield reliably. Luckily my phone wasn't damaged from all the falls.
