awesome for weight lifting grip
It was a little hard to use in bar form. Then a happy mistake, I left it in a sunny window on a warm day and it was easily molded by hand into a ball. Great for hot sweaty or ice cold workouts in non climate controlled gyms. Roll it around in your hands between sets for awesome grip. On those really cold days put it in your pocket to keep it warm and your grip won't be what limits your lifting. Great stuff.

Very Sticky Rosin
Good amount of rosin for a fair price. Once applied to bull rope, it is very sticky. Also easy to break down.

Now this is good
Now this product unlike a lot of the other ones I'm finding is pretty great they used very little and created a nice dry sticky tack on my rope.
