What is the difference, if any, between high numbers and low numbers?

Hello, the only difference is the play number (under the Titleist Script) on the golf balls. Low numbers have 1 sleeve each of play number 1, 2, 3 and 4. High numbers have one sleeve each of play number 5, 6, 7 and 8. Hope that helps.

Is this the 2023 version?

The top box with black on the side is 2022 and the all silver is 2023. No other way to tell other than packaging.
