Not to mention, I never looked on desertcart-only in drug stores and they really don’t have many options. Lactaid started giving me cramps? I’ve been taking it for maybe 20 years or less? I’m a little bit of a tough case because I LOVE cheese and refuse to accept I’m lactose intolerant. I only limit my intake when I’m low on pills. So, I eat as much dairy as a cheese lover would. Cheese on EVERYTHING. Extra cheese, often! So I need something that truly works because there’s no downtime. So happy and I feel like a bit of a fool for not stumbling here earlier. I tried to give you that info. I put in the full info from the back label but Amazon rejected that answer as having "objectionable material".
