I read this book many years ago when I first heard about confessions. I decided to read it again and I was refreshed and blessed. It’s a book a very basics and sometimes we need to return to basics.

We as a people never consider what comes out of our mouths. No, we just say it! This is not a book about grammar it's a book about how you express yourself out loud. For example: we see a big man and his friend calls him tiny as a nick name. The man is 400 pounds what is tiny about that? When it comes to words God's Word says we have to call into existence what we seek after. For example: stop saying Lord I know my son is a ...........could you please change him? Instead we cry out to our god in faith and say Lord, I thank you for changing my son........we have to learn to speak accurate English, and confess the positive reaction that we want to see in our lives and in others. That is what faithful words are. Faith is the substance of things hoped for( the positive) the evidence of things not seen. Hebrews 11:1 ( what we want to see in the future) The spirit world is controlled by the word of a God. In this little book it explains, that the natural world is to be controlled by man speaking God's Words. The spoken word of God is creative power. "The enemy knows there is power in your words. That is why he tries so desperately to get you to confess doubt, fear, and unbelief." The author Charles Capps goes to great length in explaining how God's Word was ment to be spoken by all who have confess Jesus as Lord of their life. "If you don't want defeat in your life then don't say it or pray it". Charles Capps goes though Scriptures , sharing what Jesus was teaching His disciples. This book is worth it's weight in gold. Preachers don't speak in detail to the congregation about the use of using the Word of God in our daily conversations and pray life. Get the book you won't be sorry and recommend it to your family and friends it's like a well kept secret. God said, My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge Hosea 4:6 If your serious about your walk with God this little book will open your eyes to God's truth that will build your faith.

I 've been a Christian for some time and I have read many books on various ways to achieve englightenment you might say in my Christian understanding of Christ's mission while he lived amongst us here on Earth. And I have read other books on the tongue or the words we say or speak in relation to our faith, but this book even in the first few chapters has really opened my eyes as to how important it is to use our words wisely! This is an excellent book for any Christian to understand how greatly important it is to use our words and the tongue carefully! in every aspect of our life Any believer who wishes to unlock and grasp something very important to their walk in faith would be greatly enriched by this book and excellent author, I really recomend this book.....

If you have a more universal idea of spirituality this book is not for you. I put it down 20 pages in.......
