Writing this review after a month of use. I tried heating water and it started bubbling in almost 20mins (both containers full). I take tiffin every day early morning at 7 am and eat by 2 pm. So food gets completely cold in whatever container I take. But now the food gets warm in 10mins. So this is a boon for me and it tastes so much better when warm. Auto cut-off also works well. Additionally, it has separate lights for both containers. So in case you have only one container on the plate, it turns off the light and heating of the empty side. Very intelligent system. It is completely leakproof and very easy to clean. One of the best buys from Amazon. Hope it lasts a very long time. After 4 months of use, one side stopped heating. So I complained to customer care, and to my pleasant surprise after a few verifications, I got a new lunch box as a replacement. Great customer care. Special thanks to Ms. Sonam for her help.

Got defected product. One of the plate is not working. There is warranty card of one year but don’t know how and whom to approach.

Excellent product. Take only 30-45 minutes to make food hot. Service is no issue. You can send it to manufacturer for repair if there's no service centre nearby you.

Great product to keep your lunch warm after many hours. I am posting this review after 1 year of use and found that in this electric lunch box 1. Food gets warm in 5 to 10 min 2. There is a cut off system, once the food get warm the heating process will cut off automatically and again when the food get cold, it will start heating it again. 3. Steel Containers comes with leak-proof lids, we need to plug off the red steam plug than only the lid will get close and open. 4. It comes with 1 year warranty; warranty claim process is so smooth. We just need to share the order id/invoice. They will claim it. I was really happy with the experience I had with the team who helped me get the product rectified after it had a functional issue within the warranty period.
