I've been buying this product from VoomVaya for awhile now. It's good for menopause symptoms. It doesn't necessarily make you lose weight. But, I do have an improved mood, fewer hot flashes, and the taste is good. My only reason for giving 3 stars is the way it was shipped to me via Amazon. It was loose, no packaging. They just slapped a label on it and shipped it. That is spooky to me as a Brooklyn resident. The deliveries in this building are just thrown into the hallway, so everyone is up in my business. I had to really check that it wasn't tampered with.
