**Q: Does this fit new spotlight cam?**
A: It does not fit the Spotlight Cam +

**Q: How do i know the cable is charging the camera battery? There is no charging symbol on the app once install is complete. Please help.**
A: There’s 2 ways to tell if your adapter is working aside from the battery level(s) going up. 
On devices in the upper left there should be icon of a battery, see if there is a partial icon of a sun. If there is, the adapter is working. You can also tell when you open Device Health and the battery status shows connected to solar power.

**Q: Does anyone see an issue if the power supply is on a timer, and only charging at night, using battery power during day?**
A: That will work just fine.  I have had them on timers like that and it charged at night no issue.  I had another one plugged into a light bulb socket plug adapter so that when the light gets turned on by motion, it would charge the ring that was attached to it.  Worked well enough.

**Q: Anyone knows this ring cable come with charging port screws?**
A: Comes with normal screws and cable fasteners.
