Phanteks Enthoo Evolv X Digital Midi Tower Glass Gaming Case - Black, High-Performance PC Case with Tempered Glass and RGB Lighting

This revised version of the Evolv really brings the goods. The build process is a joy as there is plenty of space inside the case for a standard ATX motherboard. You can easily fit a 360mm radiator up top (obviously check radiator thickness compared to your motherboard VRM heatsink height for compatability) or front. The case provides really good cable management at the back with ample Velcro ties and all your cables are neatly tucked away behind a door which has 2 latches to hold it in place.Air circulation is sufficient. The case comes with 3 140mm fans (2 at the front and 1 at the back) which max out at 1200RPM and are all PWM controlled. There is a fan hub at the back of the case so you can minimise connections going to your motherboard but, I would suggest that you connect your AIO fans to the motherboard directly so that you have individual control of them separate from the case fans. The front cut outs for air intakes are larger in this revised model, same for the top of the case.Although Phanteks provides built in vertical gpu PCI-E brackets in the case and part of the vertical mount kit (the bottom holder but, no PCI-E cable) I would suggest using a 3rd party solution like CableMod or Cooler Master. The built in solution locates your gpu very close to the tempered glass panel and starves your gpu of air if you are not going with a custom water cooling solution.This is a great case for the price, gives a very premium feel, the amount of accessories you get with it is really good ( a full toolbox with ample additional screws, 6 HDD mounts). I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a case in the £200 range.

For 200 pounds this case has a lot going for it, the build quality is brilliant, beats any other case on the market, the RGB is perfectly done, the space is used well. The tampered glass the way it's darken is so perfect, The antisag bracket is a lovely touch. The Downsides to this case is the ssd mounts on the back u have to buy them why couldn't phanteks include 3 and remove 3 of the HDD bays they included, seems like give me more money method really, unless u hide them behind the cable covers. Which in return causes the cables to bend, the cable management is a tad poor, the fans for stock are decent not noctua level but decent does the job no need to replace they silent and push a lot of air through. The second system installation is just a gimmick I rather not use it, it's there if u want it but I rather just stick a full rad in the place instead. Overall great case.

It is certainly expensive but this is one hell of a case. The layout is great and cable routing is a breeze. The RGB lighting is not too in your face and the strip down the side really sets the case off. With both sides being glass it is quite a heavy case which may put a few people off this case if attending lans regularly. There has been a lot of thought gone into this case by phanteks and it really does show. I have owned many cases in my time and built many PCs, this one I think is the best looking and best laid out I have ever done. The case fans, whilst being very quiet will however be replaced with some noctuas, not because of any heat issues but because they are the best fans you can buy.All in all, a fantastic case that really looks the part and is a dream to build with.

I don't know how they build this case for the price, it has glass side panel, the power supply bracket can be removed by un-doing two thumb screws, The same with the top panel and with the radiator mounting plate in the top of the case. The build quality is incredible for the price, I also own the phanteks enthoo pro m and a corsair 750d case. The corsair build quality compared phanteks is shocking. I will never buy another corsair case ever. If you can afford it just buy it, you won't regret it, it's worth every penny!. Also if you intend to fit some ssd's make sure you buy the single brackets not the dual ones they don't fit the case because of the cable management covers. it only comes with four hard drive brackets. No ssd's brackets. although you can mount your ssd's on the back cable management covers. All i need now is a gtx1080ti........lol

Amazing case and it’s huge! The build quality, the space, the looks and the airflow is fantastic, will be starting a water cooling loop in the next few months!

The Phantek marketing team have done a great job showing off it's form online but it's even better up close!Looks aside building in it is easy - the layout, space and attention to detail for customiability is equally impressive.The attention to detail follows through in the packaging and accessories box which are less important but do highlight the company ethos and create a seamless experience for the buyer.My only caution is that customers should be aware the amount of customisability that allows for a large amount of variation and lead to incompatibility issues - this is of course user error. Read thhe manual.Hardware Cannucks did a great review of the Evolv X.

This case was perfect for what I needed it for, great for cable management and an ideal case if you want to water cool your PC

If you're looking for your perfect case no one can help you - it takes time around them. What I can do is tell you I have thrown 7 separate builds together using this case. Out of every case I have have touched since 1993, this one handles every on-spec piece in it well and with dare I say some elegance. I was hesitant when grabbing it in 2019 due to the front plate seemingly restricting airflow coming in. I can move as much air as 140's can grab and I have had zero heat/airflow issues due to it. Suggestions I would recommend when considering the case for builds is to forgo the HD bays in the bottom front and max an intake radiator with on 3 fans in pull - no push pull. single 140 out in the back and only two in the ceiling, as far back as you can get them. Placing a front top exhaust makes a noticeable temp loss as it is essentially immediately removing fresh air entering the build. Esthetically, it lends its self very well to cleaner RGB applications. Being that its of personal preference, yet it bares noting saving money leaving rgb out of the fans and only on the mobo, ram, gpu and aio should you choose them actually accentuates the case imo. Working in the back, it's really easy to keep it clean when wiring. the fan header is easily accessible. While you can mount ssd's to the door panels, i would highly recommend grabbing 3 ssd sleds from phantecs - they look great, are easy to hook up, and if you need more space after that, you have the door panels and bottom of the case between the front intakes and psu to occupy with them. the glass swings well. one thing to note however: be careful when the case is empty and you swing one glass door out - it wants to tip, so just remove them before building. they are of substantial heft. I really love this case. I look forward to e very build in one and will be greatly disappointed when the front i/o, as with all tech, becomes obsolete. But honestly? Ill still keep buying them.

Case esteticamente magnifico e qualità costruttiva ottima.E uno dei migliori case che abbia mai avuto d'altronde costa 200 euro, gli effetti led sono sincronizzabili con la mobo e le 3 ventole sono discrete (per 200€ mi sarei asspettato un pó di più) ma tutto sommato e un buonissimo case.

Awesome elegant metal and glass computer case with customizable lighting. I only had a slight issue with the backside door which seems to have a tolerance issue from the factory. I have to slightly raise the door in order to close it but this is not a big issue as opening this door will not be a daily occurrence.I love the design and quality of this product. Would highly recommend Phanteks cases!

Mucho espacio y gran calidad de materiales y construcción.

C'est mon premier Phanteks et j'en suis très content. La finition est impeccable. Le manuel, simple et compréhensible. Monter une config comprenant deux HDD, deux NVME, un SDD, une grosse carte graphique (Powercolor 5700 xt Red Devil), une Aorus x570 Master comme carte mère, ainsi qu’un AMD Ryzen 3900x refroidi par un Noctua NH-D15s n'a posé aucun soucis particulier. J’ai même pu y faire rentrer 6 ventilateurs en 140mm de la même marque (3 en façade avant, deux en haut et un en arrière). Au final, on se retrouve avec quelque chose de très esthétique, avec une bonne circulation d’air et en niveau de bruit très contenu. Un très bon boitier!La finition est impeccable et la forme élégante. La partie RGB est sympa mais je n'ai pas trop poussé de ce côté, étant peu intéressé par l'aspect sapin de Noël si à la mode ces derniers temps. Je voulais du simple, du beau et du fonctionnel dans un châssis relativement compact et bien pensé. Le Evolv X réunit tout cela selon moi et je le recommande donc sans réserve particulière.
