Are these shoes good for wider foot to accommodate a bone spur on the right foot?

These are great for a wide foot! I often have trouble getting M-width shoes to fit me correctly. These do plus they're super comfortable.

Is this machine washable?

Do these shoes stretch/have give or should I order the wide width?

There is no stretch to these shoes...Actually they are a tad bit tight, I would advise a wide width. They are really cute

I stand on my feet all day. Will these shoes remain comfortable for that?

I have these and they are extremely comfortable. Not sure they would be good, if you stand all day though. They would be good for a desk type job. I wear them when going out or to friends houses etc,, etc.
