Yes. It is made from "organic natto (a fermented soy food)." Quote is from product packaging. It is also yeast free, gluten free, vegan and free of artificial colors and preservatives.

Does this product still contain carrageenan as of 8/7/21? I don’t see it mentioned on ingredients

I do not see it in the list of ingredients on the bottle

Do they use a stable fermentation process? And how pure is the natto?

On the bottle, it states that this product is made "from certified organic natto." So, the natto is organic. And natto is ALREADY a fermented soy product. Perhaps if you contacted the company that manufactures this product, they would be able to provide further information as to where they obtain their organic natto, and then you could contact THOSE folks to ask about their fermentation process. :)

Why would you create an organic product and then put in gmo rice bulkier?

I can't seem to upload the actual typed up ingredient list - Amazon says I am not adhering to guidlines. ALL of my boxes & bottles state that the rice bulking agent is indeed organic, therefore non-gmo. I'd also reach out to the company directly.
