Update: The company sent me a new watch with a SIM that they promised would work. Indeed, it did work! I really like this watch for my 7 year old son. The GPS seems to be accurate, it has an alarm that he uses every morning to wakeup with, I put it on school mode, and he's able to receive texts from me through the app, and phone calls from anyone I put on the contacts list. The only thing I have not tried out yet is adding the app to my husbands' phone so he can also text. Assuming that will work but we'll see. Otherwise, great connection, you can hear the person on the call easily without having to hold the watch up to his face (some other watches we tried had that issue). Overall, great watch once you get one with the SIM working properly! Could never get the watch to work properly. Set it up and couldn't make calls. Did a few adjustments and restarts and it made a call and seemed to work for about a day and then started giving a "No SIM" error. Worked with customer service back and forth for 10 days (they only have email so it would take a day before I would hear from them and be able to try what they suggest to fix it) and finally got it working again. It worked for 1 day and then started giving a different error and wouldn't make calls again. I gave up and returned.

Customer services told us that the internet connection has to be under bell, and yes we chose Lucky Mobile which is under bell. Does it have to be bell bell? I’m really confused. And the connection is TERRIBLE! My kid has to restart every single time he needs to send a message to get connected when there is no wifi. Location tracking is another problem too because of the connection.

I really want to love this product. The fit and size are good and comfortable for my child to wear. The device is relatively simple to setup, works well and has decent battery life. BUT despite the description, it DOES NOT SUPPORT SMS/MMS! Instead it supports messaging only from the watch to another device with the app installed. I don't mind using an app for setup and configuration, but I don't want to be forced to use it just to send a message to my child, and it has been inconsistent in norifying me when my child sends messages. I bought this in part so my kid can text with their friends so this is a deal breaker and we are returning it.

Comprato scheda sim con numero di telefono, scaricato l’app e effettivamente i numero che possono chiamare sono solo quelli presenti nella rubrica dell’app che inserisci tu (genitore) Puoi mettere due tutori di modo da avere accesso ad ogni cosa, io ad esempio ho messo me e mio marito ovviamente. I numeri che abbiamo inserito sono quelli dei familiari, chi non è presente in rubrica se prova a chiamare trova il numero spento. Unica pecca per cui do 4 stelle su 5 si riferisce al gps che ci mette un po ad aggiornarsi e capita anche che non riesca a trovare collegamento (raramente) Nel complesso un buon oggetto. Ne ho acquistati due ( bambino di 6 anni e fratello di 4) si divertono a chiamare, mandare emoticon e fare foto- selfie. Soddisfatta!!!

Wir habe die Uhr während der Prime Days bestellt. Sie war schnell da und leicht einzurichten. Es wird alles genau erklärt in der Beschreibung. Kann also nichts schief gehen. Wir hatten uns für die Uhr ohne Vertrag entschieden und haben eine Partnerkarte bei unserem Handyvertragspartner beantragt. Viele bemängeln die größe der Uhr, ich finde sie überhaupt nicht klobig obwohl mein Sohn sehr dünne Ärmchen hat. Ich finde die Armbänder von der Uhr sehr gut weil sie sehr weich und flexibel sind. Man kann mit der Uhr anrufen und angerufen werden. Es können nur Kontakte angerufen werden die vorher (mit hilfe der App) eingespeichert werden. Man kann sprachnachrichten schicken und empfangen. Finde ein bisschen schade das man mit der Uhr nicht selber textnachrichten schreiben kann sondern nur vorgefertigte Texte verschicken kann. Man kann auch einen Schulmodus aktivieren und einen Wecker. Mein Sohn ist ganz angetan von dem Schrittzähler. Findet er richtig toll. Er liebt es auch Fotos zu machen und mir dann zu schicken. Das GPS Tracking ist manchmal sehr ungenau. Da ist mein Sohn schonmal 3km von uns entfernt obwohl er ein Zimmer weiter ist. Und das passiert irgendwie ziemlich höufig. Keine ahnung woran das liegt. Aber das gute ist, das man es melden kann wenn der Standort mal nicht stimmt. Alles im allen ist die Uhr sehr gut gemacht und mein Sohn (8 Jahre) fühlt sich dadurch sicherer und geht auch mal alleine auf den Spielplatz. Meine Tochter (5 Jahre) ist matürlich jetzt auch sehr neidisch auf die Uhr von ihrem Bruder, da müssen wir denn wohl nächstes Jahr eine kaufen wenn sie zur Schule kommt.
