I didn't want to leave a review so soon.. but for me this changed my life in 2 days. I always had migraine since I was 9 years old, over the time I was taking madications for the pain as excedrin and seem to work until 2 weeks ago.. I started a small business and I am assuming that the stress, work, and wife activities were killing me.. pain every day since I woke up until bed.. same next day.. medicine had no effect.. I looked for a "natural solution" for prevention, more vitamins for my brain etc and here I am.. I had the migraine that night that came and I took 2 pills as directed right away.. 35 min later I felt how my brain was relief and the pressure was not as intense.. 2 hours after I just had small pressure on the head .. but not bad.. like level 1.. I did the same for day 2 and this seems to work... 2 weeks of migraine non stop fixed in one night. This is very recommended! I am doing my 3rd day today but this do not disapoint!

READ BEFORE YOU BUY—- migraine sufferers! I was impressed by this supplement too. It has everything and more but please be aware it is not the type of magnesium clinically proven to truly help. I had no issues taking these but with the price tag I opted to simply get the separate supplements in the exact quantities for the best effect. Magnesium GLYCINATE 400mg “ELEMENTAL” magnesium is what works. Not citrate. Don’t get swindled thinking this one & done pill will solve things. Make sure you are getting the quantities and supplements you truly need.

This stuff works Amazingly great/just in time for my Final Exams!!! I can't thank you enough for such an awesome product. Prior to getting this I had already missed a week in a half of my 2 college classes due to really bad migraine headaches/Ocular migraines in both my eyes/I also have photophobia (light sensitivity) due to 3 traumatic brain injuries/because of the bad weather it is what causes me to get these migraines. I received Migraine Defense a few days before my 2 Final Exams, which were 12/6/18 and 12/10/18 and believe me it works at least it did for me. I know some things work for some people/some things don't. The day I received this I had a migraine/it had lasted me for 7 days/the pain level was 9, it was terrible, I took 2 of the capsules as directed/I also took Nutricost Vitamin B2 one 400mg capsule which I had also ordered at the same time and I used Magnesium Oil spray that I had ordered from Essentially based which I also ordered at the same time. I wrote on a piece of paper the exact time that I took these supplements/applied the Magnesium oil spray on my forehead/both my temples/back of my neck/both sides of my neck/shoulders. It was 12:55 pm when I took the supplements/applied the Magnesium spray oil by 1:25 pm i'm feeling way more relaxed/my migraine isn't as bad in fact it is almost gone, the pain level is about a 2 on the pain level scale. The nausea is pretty much gone, it's kinda lingering in the background. Hooray it is now 2:21 pm and the migraine/nausea are completely gone!!! This stuff really does work, so far now I have been using it for 8 days now, today being 12/11/18 it's just turned 1:10 am and i'm writing this review. So far in the 8 days that I have used this product 2 caps of the Migraine Defense/1 cap of the 400 mg of B2 around the same time every morning I have had 3 migraines coming back but they are not near as bad, they kinda stay around a level 3 or 4 on pain scale instead of a 8 or 9 and sometimes 10 on pain scale. And the migraines don't last as long as they did, it's more like anywhere from 3 hours or maybe half a day versus lasting me for several days like 3 to 9 days and a pain level of 8, 9 or 10 so this stuff really does work/I am so glad I found it right before my final exams. There were so many bad weather front storms coming in one right after the other/I was really getting beat up by those migraines due to the storms/the day of my final 12/6/18 it just happen to be a very rainy day All day long, so I had a migraine the day before/I got rid of it/then it tried to come back but it just kinda sat in the back of my head taunting me, but it really never got as bad as it could've, it stayed at about a 3-4 pain level until about 5 hours before I had to take my test which was at 2:30 pm and the migraine was gone before my test, so like I said I'm so glad I found this product because it saved me from being in intense pain and I didn't have to miss my Final exam or make it up on 12/11/18 which would've been very stressful since I had a final exam on 12/10/18. I can't thank the seller enough for such a great product. I will now be a lifetime buyer of this product/the other 2 products I ordered as they all 3 work together very well.

I have been suffering with at least 2 really bad migraines per week for almost all of my life and I’m 51…and nothing seemed to work on them anymore. I am very happy to report I’ve only had 2 headaches in the past month that didn’t even turn into a migraine, thanks to this product! Just ordered my second bottle, this is a serious game changer for me!

Have been a user of this for a while - at the recommendation of my neurologist. Happy with the product, but the last few months I’ve received, the bottles are not packaged well and there have been capsules opened in the bottle and the “dust” from inside the capsule covers all the capsules. It’s a mess.

I've been waiting to write a review of this product until I was sure it helped, and now here I am. I can confidently say, it has helped me. In late June/early July of 2022, I suddenly started having vestibular migraine attacks. Throwing up, room spinning violently in every direction, head pain, unable to focus, blurry vision...the works. Each attack would keep me in bed a few days, and last at least a week. Over the next couple of months, they kept increasing in frequency and length. By October, I was needing to take almost every other week off work. Nothing seemed to really help but ice packs and taking some ibuprofen, Tylenol, and caffeine to ease the discomfort. I was desperate when I found these, so decided to try them after reading good reviews. At the time that I received them, I'd been dealing with a lingering migraine that just wouldn't seem to improve. I took 2 capsules before bed the night they arrived - and when I woke up, it was noticeably improved. I thought it might be a fluke, but since taking 2 capsules daily, since October, I've only had one full-blown migraine attack. And even that was after a full, busy, long day of Christmas family gatherings, and the migraine was still significantly shorter than my past ones (the crippling part was mere hours, not days). I still get more frequent headaches and dizzy spells than I used to, but the disabling migraine part of it is SO MUCH better. I'm not sure what the crucial part of this supplement is for me, but I plan to continue taking it. If you're on the fence about this, I recommend just trying it. Maybe it won't work the same way for you, maybe it will. But it's definitely a good option for some people, and it might be just what you need.

I wanted to leave a warning for anyone considering Migratone. While it might offer some initial relief, please be aware that it contains very high levels of Vitamin B6. After prolonged use, I found out that taking this much B6 can actually lead to vitamin toxicity, which can cause panic attacks, anxiety and insomnia. If you plan on taking this long-term, definitely consult with a doctor first and get your blood levels checked. Proceed with caution!
