This is a nice quality and weight. It stays in place. The only problem that I have is the shape. It makes the breast look pointy. That is a problem for me because it doesn't match the other breast, which is more of a round shape. Can't beat the price!

These feel pretty close to real breast tissue and can look pretty real if you use the right bra. Seller was great about exchanging for a smaller size when the first ones were too big. I bought the C first to use over my existing breasts look like before a mammoplasty. They were kind of big and hard to conceal. The B were perfect.
