キャラウェイ こびりつかない セラミック ソテーパン 蓋付き (4.3 L, 30.5 cm)

Who doesn’t monitor their cooking, e.g eggs, sauces, onions etc…!!?? I have to constantly lift and peek letting out heat and dripping water. It’s a huge pain. I try to balance a clear lid from my old pan but it doesn’t quite fit. Otherwise I like the pan itself.

I have a small pan which I love and use all the time so I got this larger one with the lid. I like the pan but the lid is like very heavy metal that has just been coated. Also the small handle on the pan gets very hot so you can't hold it or move it when cooking. I recommend not getting the lid and using foil instead which is what I did. Now I have this heavy lid that I probably will not use and do not feel comfortable using.

Keeping this short and to the point a it works great as a pan but the lid… after 2 weeks it already has chipping on the edge. Not happy about that. The cooking surface of the pan is perfect so overlooking it for now …

I LOVE LOVE the Caraway products . This 12” sauté pan is perfect for frying, making sauces and sautéing veggies and yes it can be baked in as well. I been using Caraway products for a year and a half now . They are so easy to clean . I keep buying more pieces to accommodate my needs . I’ll be buying the bakeware next .

This is the best pan I've ever owned in my life. I am 5 months in so that could change but at the moment absolutely phenomenal worth every penny
