WOW! I'm floored by this multi magnesium supplement! My hair was becoming brittle & breaking; My fingernails had ridges forming; My skin looking dull. I began taking this 6 months ago. I was looking to fill a need for my aging body. As a retired disabled nurse I didn't hold out hope for relief. By the end of 30 days I noticed my skin feeling like skin again. Wow!! This magnesium supplement has been life changing for me! I get vestibular migraines and boy when they come on, they are excruciating! I get extremely dizzy, nauseous, my neck stiffens and I feel like my body shuts down and the pain is unreal. I even make sure I focus on eating magnesium rich foods regularly and it’s like my body just does not absorb magnesium like it should. I have literally bought probably 20+ different brands of magnesium in the last 5-6 years searching for “the one” and this IS IT!! When my migraines hit, I have to take a LONG bath and I use 6-8 Cups of magnesium chloride and it really works. I soak for about an hour and walk out a new person but magnesium chloride is pretty spendy especially needing to use so many cups. Since starting this, it’s like the tightness in my neck has completely gone away and I haven’t had a single migraine let alone a headache. This magnesium doesn’t make me sleepy like it does some people. It knocks my husband out though lol. I have been taking 2/night just to help raise my levels but even 1 is sufficient. These supplements are very effective. My daughter has been getting a lot of headaches. I was on a social platform and I saw a video reading what supplements are good for different types of body symptoms. So, I came across about supplements that are good for headaches. They said, you may be lacking magnesium clynate. So, I had already bought the bottle of magnesium complex and I told my daughter about what I came across. I told her to take two capsules everyday, you might be lacking magnesium. Ever since she began taking them she has not once complained about her headaches. They have been very frequent. They are working for her. I am glad her body accepted them. I had bought them for my muscles and to gain strength for my heart too. So, I will be buying another bottle for me! Always check with your doctors before taking supplements. I do not take medication only herbs and natural supplements.
