I fell in love with this graceful loveseat when I saw it for the first time at our local XS Warehouse --for a HIGHER price than here! Over a year later, I found it on Amazon for the lowest price I have ever seen it --plus the opportunity to buy it on an interest-free installment plan-- and decided it was time to jump the gun. It arrived on schedule, well packed, no parts missing. (For a moment I thought some of the gaskets for the legs were missing, as I could only find 3 out of the 7 the manual speaks about, but it turned out the other 4 were already with the legs.) The box would fit easily through any door It is pretty straightforward to assemble, albeit tricky; it is indeed preferable to have another person to assemble it in order to precisely align those pesky tapered connectors, but I was able to do it by myself, and I'm not particularly strong or handy. A couple of hours later, that gorgeous deep purple loveseat I fell in love with all those months ago was standing in my living room. Hurray! It is true to the measurements listed, so it is pretty tiny, and the back is very low. That said, it can accommodate two medium-sized persons comfortably. And I do mean comfortably; I'm 5'8" and not particularly slim, and I'm pretty sure I can easily take a nap on that beauty. The extra gaskets are there to correct any possible wobbliness; so far, there is none. It is also sturdy, though easy to move around without damage to your floors, thanks to the silicone caps on its legs --a perk I wasn't expecting and I'm grateful for. It is firm, but well-cushioned, and the polyester velvet is lusciously soft and lustrous. The blackberry or aubergine color is very intense; people who prefer whites and neutrals will do well to look elsewhere. All in all, I could not find a loveseat I liked better in this price range. It is definitely a stunner. It looks and feels more expensive than it has any right to; it is nice and comfortable, and a welcome addition to my living room. I will update this review once some time has passed. For now, I cannot find a single thing I don't like. ETA: My cat has been spending most of the day on it ever since I got it. So I guess he approves! He has been leaving orange fur all over it, but the velvet makes cleanup a cinch --yet another unexpected perk. ETA: Almost a year later, I can attest to the fact that it has kept perfectly. No issues, and the velvet looks and feels as luxurious as when it first arrived. Highly recommended.

UPDATE (3/22/21): I noticed the price of this couch has DOUBLED now since I have gotten it, It was just under $300 when I bought it now I see it is almost $600! So for that I am lowering by one star as I found it an awesome couch for a good deal but it is not at all worth $600. It has been just over a year and a half and the fabric is piling a little (photographed) and the couch cushions are getting flat leaving the cushion cover to have sag. I don't mind because I didn't spend a whole lot on it but if I spent $600 I would be disappointed. This couch is exactly as described, I love it!! I was extremely skeptical about ordering a couch on Amazon and went back and forth on it but this was SO worth it. It is exactly what I have been looking for. Looks vintage and is the perfect size for a great price. One thing that was not very clear was how the box came.. it comes in one giant 90-100 pound box, just a warning. Which was fine, I could move it by myself. For the assembly instructions I dont think I have ever seen more clear in detail instructions. You can totally tell any negative comment someone had with the assembley they had fixed and made sure it was very clear in the instructions. It kept saying you need two people to do it but I did it all by myself and I am HORRIBLE at any kind of assembly. The couch material seems to be a very good quality and is very sturdy. Cushions are fine and back is harder like it looks online, but nothing some throw pillows cant fix! I have had this couch over 2 months now and I can say it has held up very well! I will probably be buying the matching chair next! I'd say if you are back and forth on getting this or not, for sure get it!!! You wont be disappointed!

I have both this loveseat and the matching chair (also pictured) and I *love* them. I will say the cushions seem less firm on the loveseat than on the chair, so it's not quite as supportive, but it's comfortable enough and I've done well lounging on it in various positions, even with my recurring back problems. The upholstery is beautiful and feels thick and substantial, like it will hold up well. It does gather lint and cat hair a bit, but that brushes right off with a swipe of the hand. It is a bit low, which is fine for me as a 5'6" person with short legs, but very tall people may find it to be more of a drop. Both chair and loveseat are compact, but roomy--I don't feel cramped at all, even when someone sits next to me. Assembly was simple and straightforward for both pieces, though I'd recommend having a second person to help. Both pieces also feel very sturdy, despite being lightweight, and would be great for an apartment or somewhere else that it may need to be moved easily or carried up and down stairs.

I cannot say enough about how much I love this little couch. It's small size is perfect for my small apartment living room and it has such a classic vibe. The color is a dark forest green and the velvet fabric is heavenly soft. The tufting around the arms and back of the loveseat is firm but I find it to be super comfortable. Before purchasing I read all the reviews saying it's great for an accent piece but they wouldn't actually use it in their living rooms but I disagree. It's a beautiful piece in my living room. While it was easy to assemble it is very heavy if you have to carry it up or down stairs but that is literally my own complaint.

What a disappointment. Where are these 5-star reviews coming from??? The cushions are cheaper than cheap and very uncomfortable. I weight about 210 and these feel like cardboard. I opened one up and what a mess. The one I opened is ripped and has the innards coming out. I would definitely return the whole couch, but don't want the hassle. Instead, I'm ordering two 6x22x22 gel-infused memory foam cushions. The money I saved on cyber-Monday is now going to pay for new cushions for a new couch. I would definitely not buy this again and would not recommend this at any price. Update: I decided to go through the hassle of returning this instead of buying the new cushions. I get those who bought this for a decorative accent in a room; it's cute. I bought this to go in a kids' play room, so adult supervision could have a place to comfortably sit. It definitely doesn't measure up. Can't speak to wearability, since I'm returning it. It might be okay for kids to use, but I'm 6'2" and weight a healthy 210 lbs. It's not a piece of furniture for adults.

I received it today. It definitely needed two people to assemble it. It wasn’t hard but trying to slot the arms into the seat needed a second pair of hands. All in all we had it assembled in 30 minutes or so. Pretty straightforward. It seems pretty sturdy and I find it surprisingly comfortable. I think for some it might be too hard and too low but I am only short so it is pretty good for me. Taller people might find the back is too low and doesn’t support them. For me it ticks all the boxes. I love it and it’s kitten approved as well!

UPDATE: Before 2 years was up i had to buy a new sofa. This was nice at first, but its simply too small even for one person. It's about a 1.5 seat sofa, so sitting 2 people on is tight. Cushions dont really hold well as there were gape between the cushions as well as gaps in the back corners of the couch. I was super nervous about ordering a couch online, especially with little to no reviews... but i am SO HAPPY that I did. There is some assembly required and it's much easier with a buddy to help put it together. Overall i am incredibly happy with this purchase and i can't wait to see it when the rest of my furniture arrives. Pros: - Fits well into my studio apartment - The color is a deep emerald and very pretty...fairly accurate coloring on the website (even prettier in the sunlight!) - It's super soft to the touch and very comfy if you like seating that's a little more on the firm side - Cushion covers come off so it's easy to clean those Cons: - It's pretty light weight, so don't go sitting on the back of the couch otherwise it will tip over (trust me, i did it). - It is fairly low to the ground and i wouldn't recommend for older folks who have a hard time getting up--combine this with the light weight and it will offer a little additional difficulty. It's perfect for me however. - fabric is a little thin for my liking, so be careful with sharp objects in pockets or buttons on the back of jeans (you get what you pay for, and this fabric is appropriate for the cost Facts to consider: - It is a loveseat, so it's not going to offer a lot of seating - cost/quality.. it's affordable and the quality reflects it's affordability. It will last you a long while if you take care, but not recommended for heavy ploppers (bc of the weight) or large pets with claws as they may damage the thinner fabric. - MEASURE the space before you buy furniture online IN GENERAL. I always anticipate items being larger in person, and in this case the measurements are accurate so there were no issues.
