I was hoping to save a little money by using these instead of the expensive name brand refills. Unfortunately the app keeps saying the detergent is “not installed” with these bottles. Rebooting the dock fixes it for one use then it goes back to saying “not installed”. After months of being installed, the level of liquid hasn’t changed in it. So the dock isn’t actually dispensing any of the detergent.I went back to the Narwal brand refill and I no longer have this problem. It works perfectly now.I do not recommend purchasing these as they will likely not work with the dock.

Fresh Floral Scent, Cleans and Shines nicely
I received two bottle of cleaner solution for my NARWAL floor cleaner. A great value given how long this should last even with more frequent winter cleaning.The bottles are labeled as Lemon basil scent. To my nose it has more of a fresh floral scent. The scent doesn't linger in the room long after the floor is dry but it is pleasant while cleaning. Just not the scent I was expecting from the label.I used this on my wood floors, kitchen vinyl, and on very old worn linoleum floors. It worked well to clean and left a nice shine in all cases.My NARWAL broke down and is out for service. I decided to put a little of this into a bucket of fresh hot water ( 1 cap full) and I was surprised how well it worked even though it is not meant for this use and definitely worked better in the Narwhale.Over all I would recommend this and will likely purchase again when I have gone through the two bottles I received.
