Only if you have got oil leaking into the coolant across a damaged head gasket would it stop it. If you are talking about general oil leaks (i.e. oil leaking out of the engine and dripping onto the ground from the crank case, cam shaft, sump, or any other joints in the engine), or oil being burnt then no it won't because it only seals leaks in the cooling system. Can't think of any miracle product that stops oil leaks: you could use a thicker engine oil like 20:50 if you can still get it. This might slow the leak down, but won't stop it. Only real fix is a trip to your garage sadly...
