Great fiber supplement
I've been using this fiber supplement for several years now and can attest to its efficacy for keeping a healthy and well regulated gut. While the daily dosage of 5 capsules may seem intimidating to some, it is actually convenient because you can taylor the dosage to your own body. They work
I was taking 5 as recommended but it bloated my stomach badly and I drank enough water. I drank 8 ounces with 1 pill on top of water throughout the day. I take 2 in the AM and 1 at night and have since pooped once a day at least. I'd say, start our slow and work your way up to the 5 a day. They work great but please drink water with them and throughout the day. I recommend these for sure

Works well without stomach distress .Note:Recommended dose is 5 capsules per day. I would suggest more like one capsule per day until you know how your body reacts. One per day works for me.
