I think it’s good to help u get regular but not for weight loss. Not even as a cleanse. I didn’t go to the bathroom much and I didn’t lose weight. I started with one cup a day at night to see if I would go to bathroom but then I just drank it whenever I wanted tea a few cups a day 2-3 maybe and still no results with the bathroom or losing weight

This is my favorite tea of all time. I add a little honey, some lemon and a packet of equal and I'm in heaven. It is so good. They're a little pricey but worth it. I just try to limit my consumption so I can fit them in my budget.
