Came in one big box, containing the seat, back, 4 legs and a manual. Assembly is very easy and straightforward: Attach back to the seat (Slide along metal brackets), then attach the 4 legs (Threaded, with a ratcheting bumper pad). The legs are plastic but hold well when assembled. The light grey color is true as shown. The fabric is fairly soft, and the lower part of the back has a Velcro strip that attaches to the back of the frame base. It is as listed, just a basic recliner (No swivel, rocker, glider, heat or massage). The measurements are fairly accurate (Seat width 19", seat depth 20" and back height 25") and there is a side pocket on the right. It provides a good firm support without being hard or stiff. It is actually quite comfortable, reclines easily (Lean back and the footrest pops up) and does not require much effort to recline or sit back up. The arm rests are little low. The manual is concise and illustrated, with a scannable bar code, and has a phone number and email address for support, if needed. For a generic recliner, it is very well priced and fits me very well (I am 5'11" and 180lbs). It may not be suitable for a tall and heavier "full-figured" individual. If you like the big fluffy feel that you sink into, this recliner is not for you. For under $100, no complaint and overall, I have a very good initial impression. Please don't try to compare this with a $400-500+ recliner. Recommend and would purchase again. Thank you.

PERFECT FOR ME! When I ordered this chair, I was looking for a chair that didn't take up a lot of space. This chair fits that bill. I did not want one of those huge recliners that look more like a chair for your grandfather. I am 5'6" and weigh 160 lbs. This chair is exactly what I was looking for. The material is fabric (not faux leather as I had feared). It is VERY easy to assemble. It is solid, comfortable enough and reclines just fine. The massage feature isn't much to write home about, but that feature wasn't important to me. If you want a chair with an excellent massage feature, this is not it. Also, if you are taller than about 5'8", this chair is not for you. Your head will hang over the top of the chair back when you recline. If you are under 5'8", the chair back will support your neck perfectly. Also the chair width is narrow, so if you weigh more than about 175lbs, the fit would be tight. But for me, it's perfect. I am very pleased with my purchase and have actually ordered a second chair for my bedroom. Can't beat this chair for the price!

I was surprised with the quality of these chairs. The pleather is a little squeaky but it’s soft and comfortable. I bought 4 chairs and one had a small defect in the pleather, but the rest were perfect. They were easy to set up. I bought them during Amazon prime week and feel like a got a great deal. I have a large window and wanted 4 swivel chairs to go in front of it. There are the color and feel I was looking for. I’m not sure how long they will last but I’m very happy with the purchase right now.

I bought 2 chairs. Very comfy and I love them. They more compact then the typical recliner and definitely not top of of the line. For under $100 each, I think they are good value

Really easy to put together and really light, so it’s easy to move. The “massage” feature is just vibration and not that great. There’s only 2 positions for recline, one more sitting with legs up and one laying with legs up. It’s hard to get it to “lock” in a laying position. Wish there were more options between sitting and laying. It’s small, great for small spaces and small to medium people. I’m 5’6”, 155 lbs, and it fits me great, but not sure taller folks would like it. All in all though, great chair for the price. I’ve got arthritis in my hips, getting a hip replacement in 2 weeks, and this chair has been a saving grace - the only place I can really sleep comfortably. Hoping the manual recline/sit isn’t a problem after surgery - I need to give it a good, strong nudge to get it to recline/sit back up. Hope this helps!

You will love this thing. Easy to assemble. Very sturdy. It looks really good in my bedroom and is very comfortable. Sometimes, I nap in it. Absolutely love it.

I’m 5’4 and my feet hang off which doesn’t help my circulation but it’s still a comfortable seat.
