I don't have dandruff but I do have pretty dry scalp. Will this help? Or only for dandruff?

Mines is not blue it’s the same color as yours and it not yellow. I can’t describe that color .

Is the sensun blue cleanse and condition 2 in 1 or the dry scalp version better for itchiness due to rogaine use?

I really like the 2 in 1 version of Selsun Blue. The dry scalp version made my hair dry and brittle so I would guess that fragile hair would have a problem. I've used 2-in-1 for decades and keep trying other shampoos but always come back to Selsun Blue 2-in-1.

Is it made in the USA?

It is manufactured by Sanofi in Australia and they own Chattem which distributes the shampoo in the U.S.
