I put it on in the evenings because it does make your hair oily and wash it out morning. Sometimes I put it on when I know I’m not going anywhere public. I only put it on once a day. I've been using this brand for years. My head still has hair, but I also use Finasteride 5mg and biotin. I'm in my late 40s, so hair thinning is normal for some people. Though, I had hair thinning back in my 20s. If Amazon was around back in the 1990s along with the today's internet, I would have more hair than I have. This is only for your head. Not your body and other places. Stop asking repeatedly can you use it elsewhere. You can get very bad rashes or worse if you use it on your body. Only the head. Lastly, this isn't for everyone. We're all different. For some people, it'll work great while others, it may fail. So far, I've managed to have some hair on my head. So it works, but you must use it daily, twice a day. Morning and evening. Stress and not being healthy, can lead to losing your hair and other health issues. Speak to your doctor before using it.
