This stuff is great! My feet were so bad smelling as I stand all day and I have to wear persciption insoles due to plantar facitis so I don't change shoes much. I do wash though. Nothing worked for me except this stuff it gets rid of the odor quick. Im no longer embarrassed to take off my shoes! I will say my only complaint is that its smaller than I thought it would be. Still well worth the money.
