Only for the daring ones!
Have been having this for about 15 years now. One of the best hot sauces I’ve ever had. For anyone who like its spicy without a Chinese taste. Stir it into pasta, dip pizza/crusts, have it with cheese toast. It’s amazing. My go to hot sauce.

Very Flavorful and very hot but could have toned down the sourness
The only real additive was xanthan gum - so better compared to most other hot sauces. Flavorful and very hot but extremely sour - otherwise would have been a 5 star.

Flavors of an outstanding sauce. Can't live without this one in the Maggie, with meats or fries or finger fried food. Thank God for Amazon to stock it.

Disappointing Purchase
I bought this having just finished Sprig Bhut Jolokia sauce. Given the positive reviews, I was expecting it to be moderately hot at its worse. It is mild, and too expensive for only so much. If you are like me who tends to put more in dishes hoping that the heat level would rise, this wouldn't last more than three weeks. Won't purchase again.
