I want to start by saying... I LOVE this Bulksupplements Longjack extract. I noticed plenty of reviews from older gentlemen using this in the low recommended doses for TRT. I am a 23 year old sexually active male with plenty of Test to go around. I have to say over years of using TA, Bulksupplements has the best quality , not to mention cheapest extract. I buy the kilo size and it lasts me ages. If you are a man using this for bodybuilding purposes you will be blown away by 3g+ a day results. Now being that this tastes like Satan's ground turds, if you purchase 000 size capsules, that is only 3-4 for a hefty dose in the morning, and take 2 later on in the day and maybe 2 before the gym. In like 2-3 days you will be blown away at the effects. And unlike artificial testosterone, this wonderful gift to men actually keeps your estrogen lower than ever too!! Almost as effective as perscription anti-estrogens!! I have cycled it and I have not, honestly I take it whenever I need and never have noticed diminished returns. Just opened and immediately realized it's a different color than any other Tongat Ali I've ever seen. Even their own product, just 6 months ago. It's also not nearly as bitter as the darker brown and doesn’t clump in air - the older, darker product was extremely hydrostatic - would absorb water from the air in 8 hours. Granted, this serving size is 1,000mg vs the older, darker product of 700mg. Also, this one recommends daily while the other indicates twice daily. Just opened so won't know if it really works for about a week.

Seriously, that taste is enough to stop a full blown cow dead in its tracks. Just letting you know, the only fruit in a smoothie that's strong enough to help mask the taste, is bananas. Even then, your gonna have to get creative and add all kinds of yogurts, fruits, at least 2 whole bananas, and maybe even some strawberry syrup. Just be ready to experiment on what concoctions work for you. And also, dilute the longjack extract a minimum of 30 to 1 in your smoothie concoction of choice, if not a 50:1 mixture. That first sip you'll know! I'm not saying this stuff doesn't work, I'm positive it most definitely does it's job. Just that taste is bitter enough to knock a horse over.
