Be aware 2023 balloons do not float
The 2023 balloons did not float when filled with helium (all other balloons floated) and had to be hung up. Disappointing as the rest of the kit was excellent.

Good quality display
These were perfect to congratulate our graduates this summer. Really easy to assemble and the card making up the signage was good quality and looked amazing strung across our bay window. The spirals added to the display lovely and balloons thick and blew up easily and a very good size.
