I have purchased this several times previously. Admittedly its a 'lazy-cooks' product, but so easy to make just a small amount when needed for a plateful of something that could do with a bit of hot parsley sauce (gammon, new potatoes, cauliflower etc.). The only extra items needed are boiling water from a kettle, a small bowl and a tablespoon. Not exactly the 'real thing' but an excellent, for immediate use in your store-cupboard, stand-by for parsley sauce. Recommended.
