Product is great for medium sized birds and up. Not so much for smaller birds. Assembly was easy enough but packaging is terrible. Two of the casters were torn off during shipping

Great product. A little wobbly at the top but I think it's ok.

Slot labeled #1 & #2 were not cut far enough apart. I will have to cut new slots or bend the bars to make them fit. Not worth $400 if I have to make the thing myself anyway. Do not buy this unless you have to tools to fix it yourself. Still a good product. Just annoying.

I love this product and so does my parrot. She’s a Scarlett macaw and she’s big, so I ordered the large. It was very easy to put together, the only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is because two of the wheels had come off, and I had to put them back on and the design is not perfect. If your parrot is sitting on the end of the tree, she poops on the floor, so you have to put down a sheet or some newspaper. But other than that, I absolutely love this product and I would highly recommend it. There is plenty of room for your parrot to move around and play and hang toys
