Is this dual voltage? Can be used in the U.K.?

I live in Japan, and their voltage is like 110 I think. It is only a little less than the US, so mine works without a converter. However, I am going on vacation to Korea, and from my own research it is NOT dual voltage. Be very careful which converter you buy though because many should not be used with hair straighteners.
