No They dont come in a book. They come in 3 separate stapled together packages. Just like a real blue print. Blueprintsdont come in books. These print packages have the seal and signature of the architect making things easier when you go to get a building permit. One persons review saying they are junk and no good because they are not in a book. he also mentioned that is only 3 or 4 with a few changes. This is true and I already knew that just by looking at the pictures on Amazon. the changes make a big difference in the building and would have to be documented when you apply for your building permit. Apparently that reviewer has never worked in the construction field before or used blueprints. These prints are the real deal and I can't wait till spring to start building!

When I got the plans, I felt ripped off.
I am looking for plans for a barn, and I thought that with 41 plans, one would probably work for my needs. However, all of the plans are quite similar, and nothing appealed to me. And the plans didn't come in a nice book, just a bunch of papers. I wish there would have been more details about what I was getting before I ordered the plans.
