The Official Ninja Foodi: The Pressure Cooker that Crisps: Complete Cookbook for Beginners: Your Expert Guide to Pressure Cook, Air Fry, Dehydrate, and More (Ninja Cookbooks) Review: Comprehensive introduction to understanding the Ninja Foodi! - The Ninji Foodi can be a daunting machine to begin using. The author does a great job at quickly explaining all of its functions. She also provides a wealth of recipes, many with ingredient swap ideas and uses. It was also a quick, mouth-watering read. Highly recommend. Review: Terrific for beginners - My husband and I just purchased the Ninja Foodi and got this cookbook as more of a teaching/learning tool than a recipe collection. The information is excellent and answered a lot of our questions about how to use the cooker. We especially like the tables at the back with cooking instructions for individual items. This allows us to wander further afield and not be restricted to the complete recipes. The only negative comment, and it's not really a negative, is that this book was written for the Foodi that came with a crisping basket. Our newer model doesn't have that feature, but we're figuring out how to use the crisper plate and overall we've had pretty good success. In our opinion, this book is definitely worth getting for people new to the Foodi.

Terrific for beginners

Try the chicken enchilada casserole!
There is not a huge number of recipes in the book, it’s more useful to get you started and acclimated to using the ninja than for providing a huge array of meals to cook in my opinion. I will say that the recipe for chicken enchilada casserole is probably one of my favorite homemade dinners to make and eat. it’s super fast, easy, and tastes great. If you do make it I would suggest using a good enchilada/chili sauce because we tried a few different kinds and the end result was substantially different based on the sauce used. The texture can be pretty different depending on the tortillas you decide to use, also consider adding corn chips for some crunch and having some sour cream and your favorite hot sauce handy.

Great cookbook for beginners
I bought this book because I got a Ninja 6.5 qt. Foodi for Christmas. I was afraid to use it at first but this book has so many good tips on how to use my new Ninja Foodi. There are so many amazing recipes you can make in the Ninja. I especially like the handy cooking time charts included in this book. The only thing was I was disappointed that there were no photos of prepared food from each recipe. Also another hint from fellow Foodi owners is to be careful of how much salt you use because some of the recipes are too salty for their taste.

This is a very good Ninja Foodi cookbook.
This is a really good Ninja Foodi cookbook. It has competently assembled recipes. Thee instructions are clear. There are many recipes that sound like something I would like to eat. I have used some recipes from the book and the food has turned out well. I was surprised to find how many Foodi recipe books are just garbage. The editing is bad, the recipes have mistakes, there are typos. This one, however, has none of those problems.

It does not teach you the basics on how to use , just recipes
I lost all my ninja instructions etc in Hurricane Ian. Bought this , but in my IMO hasn’t helped at all. Recipes I’m not interested in - I just want the basics how to use the ninja ( which I have the huge one that does everything) This book did not help

Grandioso. Trae buenas recetas y las indicaciones de su uso son muy apropiadas. Solo que es en inglés, no sé si viene en Español

A Must Have if you bought the Foodi since the cookbook shipped with the Foodi is inaccurate!
A MUST PURCHASE COOKBOOK IF YOU BOUGHT THE FOODI because the original cookbook that comes with Foodi Pressure Cooker is incorrect and contains many recipe errors. *See more detailed information below. However THIS ITEM - Ninja Foodi Cookbook authored by Kenzie Swanhart is EXCELLENT! It's accurate and chalk full of yummy recipes. She has done a great job of organizing the cookbook and fully explains all the different cooking options of the Ninja Foodi. *The cookbook that comes with your purchase contains recipes that are not correct. Many of the recipes ask for Tablespoons of salt, onion salt, garlic powder and pepper. DO NOT FOLLOW these guidelines as we believe that tablespoon was inserted where Teaspoon should have been used.

Love this book with so many different recipes to use and so easy!

Adds nothing to manual that comes with appliance. Recipes found for free online are better. Riddled with typos that call credibility into account. Cooking times given are not always correct.

I found this to be an extremely good book with helpful information for beginners plus a good assortment of recipes at different skill levels. V Darling Cyprus

I should have checked that this book uses American unit of measurement. Very frustrated to look up the metric equivalent at the back of the book.

I haven't used any of the recipes yet as my book just came but it looks to be easy to figure out. I look forward to trying some the the recipes soon.
