Love it
Getting my gut back in range I'm on antibiotics and steroids alot and has wrecked my guts..But one week and no bloating but I did itch due to the bateria strain getting back into my system. Also has help my night time silent reflux less and less mucus in my throat in the am.

Highly Recommend!
These probiotics work really well. It does not cause gas/bloating like a lot of other probiotics do. You can take this with/without food. The pill is average size, it is not a capsule and does not require refrigeration. These truly work for me without any side effects. I absolutely recommend!

Start slowly
If you have stomach issues already, start slowly as in every other day. I was taking it because I thought I might silent reflux. On day 11 of taking it once a day I began to have upset stomach. Today is day 15. I have diarrhea. There isn't anything else that can be causing it. I did research and because it's strong and timed release, it's the issue. It's working too well. I will begin taking it once my stomach settles down, but every other day

It works!!!
this probiotic is amazing...I hardly ever have to couph anymore to get the mucus up...been using it for about 2 weeks and all I can say is "all good" but I also have a cup of keifer everyday also....

Gentle on stomach
I find the probiotic is gentle on my stomach and easy to digest. It works as it should and I have had great results taking the probiotic. I would highly recommend it.

Be careful with how often you take it
You have to be careful how you start this probiotic because it will constipate you big time!! I had read a review that it gave someone diarrhea but it did the opposite for me so had I known that I would have started with half a tablet every other day or 2 days. I’m off of it for now until my system gets better but may start again maybe twice a week to see how I feel. The other symptoms it said it was good for I haven’t really seen a difference. I was hoping it would help but for now I’m not happy with it
