Love these!
I love these breast pads! They are thick and 100% cotton. They are a lot more comfortable than the bamboo alternative.

Love them
These are great. The breast pads are functional and comfortable. The breast pads work great, just or stretch them back out after the drier or lay them flat to dry after they are washed. I will never uses disposable breast pads again.

i bought these and the avant washable nursing pads and i like the SIMPLESSE better bcuz they are a lil bigger & they are more absorbant than the avent although the avent ones came with a lil mesh baggy to wash in so that was convient!!

Show through bra
I had high hopes for these since they are a Dr. Brown's product, but the fabric is bulky and stiff so its obvious to everyone that you are wearing nursing pads. I would look at other brands and products.

Not worth it
From such a reputable brand these were extremely disappointing. They shrunk immediately and then never stayed flat. Then as soon as I had a "letdown" they were soaked and went right through to my shirt. There is no backing to the pad and no absorption.

love these cotton is real nice. I don't worry about leaking when I'm out. try not to over dry they are cotton:)

Too Flat!
They have no curve to the pad so they make very awkward lines in your bra and don’t stay on very well.

Excelentes! Lo único malo es que solo vienen 2 pares. En otras marcas más económicas vienen 3 pares, compré esta porque decía "4 Pack" así que pensé que venían 4 pares... en vez de eso vienen 4 piezas; es decir, 2 pares. Ese fue el único detalle, funcionan excelente.

Es necesario cambiarlos muy seguido ya que no son tan absorbentes. Son buenos hablando ecológicamente. Me han sido más útiles los desechables.
