Not the magic sleep it was hyped up as. I found it lumpy and uncomfortable. Removing stuffing means the remaining is loose in the case making it even lumpier instead of just thinner.

It is hard to get a comfortable shape and the pillow is too hard for my taste.

this is a bad review... the pillow was not what i expected but it is as it is in the photos. i just somehow thought this pillow had a zippered edge so the outer case could come off for cleaning. also i wanted to change the designed use of the pillow. you see i'm used to squashed out semi-cheap pillows that you end up folding. i fold the edge usually and have a "hard edge" and a softer middle. i wanted to get this one and add a cut 'pool noodle' to the (17") edges so it would be more like what i'm used to. but since there's no zipper... i can't do that the way i thought i would be doing it. heh, first world problems i guess. ok, even without the zipper part this is still a really nice pillow. not as heavy as i though it was going to be but still seems to be just the right firmness. there is a very slight smell right out of the package but you really have to be trying to sniff it to detect that. i'm not a serial pillow sniffer so it doesn't bother me at all. and it's going to be a few hours till my first sleep on it so that should be plenty of time for the factory smell to go away. if you're a pillow sniffer just give it a quick mist of your favorite cologne...some "joop" maybe, they sell it here on amazon. in the instructional video (lol) they say to fluff the pillow as it's expanding i say don't do that. all the stuffing is very even from being squished and rolled. as it expands it'll be nice and even for your first use. pros: very nice feel to the case perfect firmness not stiff like some new pillows cons: no zipper edge (yes i'm still harping on that) has an irritating tag on one side (nitpicking) i only bought one should have got two of them :( instructional video LOL

Seemed to be good quality but did not help me sleep better.

This pillow is nice and thick and supports my neck and head well when I lay on my side. I'm very happy with how easy it was to get adjusted, and it did smell a little bit the first day, but not anymore.
