Q: Would this be bright enough to trace a sketch from computer/Sketch paper onto water color paper?

I believe so. It has several brightness settings. I have used it to trace onto water color paper with no problems.

Q: What is the difference between the A3 and the (2) A4 choices?

A3- 11.7"W x16.5"H A4- 8.3"W x 11.7"H

Q: What size paper do I have to use ?

Actually, any size you like. You can move your work around to the spot you're tracing over. I have used this for pieces 24" x 24', by simply re positioning the original then the paper. Good luck.

You will need to press the button to turn it back on.
