Some of the best vitamin C on the market! They taste well and not like other brands which are “acidic.” They do not upset my stomach of taken properly. They do give an energy boost if taken with other vitamins such as B-complex and B-12. I take them for PCOS as directed by my naturopath. The texture is smooth and easy to swallow. The size is larger so if that is an issue be aware. I choose these and another brand (Garden of Life) because I feel they are “clean” vitamins.

An excellent high quality product. I feel it was very helpful in keeping me healthy through the very bad Florida flu season. Everyone around me was getting sick, from co-workers to kids to friends. I stayed healthy all winter. My body finds this form of vitamin c non-acidic & well-buffered because 1400 mg per day did not upset my delicate lady stomach. The safe upper limit for vitamin C is 2,000 milligrams a day and this product falls well within that. Over the past four months, after daily taking 1400 mg, I have noticed the following improvements: 1. The tone of the skin on my hands, arms and hands. I also noticed an improvement in areas of cellulite. I was not taking any vitamin c supplements prior to starting this one, so the improvement might not be as drastic for someone who switches from another vitamin c supplement to this one. 2. As mentioned, I did not get as much as a sniffle all winter. 3. My energy levels felt healthy and consistent throughout the day. I had slightly more endurance than usual. 5. I have Lyme disease. I take a lot of antibiotics plus supplements to stay healthy. This product has been an important part of my regimen. I really like it because it is strong, but has never upset my stomach. I highly recommend this product.

This a lot better than just plain vitamin C. My doctor recommended it to me. It’s a lot more effective than the regular vitamin C supplement. You definitely notice a difference when you take it. No taste. Good brand.
