This is a well-designed travel pillow and definitely more supportive than the basic U-shaped ones. It holds your head in place nicely and makes it much easier to relax or sleep on a flight, especially when strapped to the seat. It’s comfortable and feels good quality, but it does take a bit of adjusting to get it just right, and it’s not the smallest when packed away. Once you’ve got it positioned properly though, it does its job well. Overall, a solid travel pillow and a big improvement over cheaper options — just not quite perfect.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Very comfortable. I have a long neck and it was perfect. Fitted in the small pouch it came with loved the straps to fasten on seat behind the head. I bought a pair of these after seeing good reviews for some very long haul flights. On the positive side, they do provide good support and the material is comfortable. They also make good neck warmers. They are very well made and can be compressed into a relatively small pack when used with the included bag. On the negative side, these are best for taller people with long necks - I am 171 cm tall and my wife is 152cm with average necks for our height - and using as described with aircraft headrests basically left us hanging. If you don't use the head rest harness they are more usable but we found that they came up to the top of the ears and you could not use over ear head phones at all. Blue tooth in-ear headphones are just about okay, but get dislodged and you risk losing them. Overall, these may be really good for the right person - sadly they were not that good for us and on our journey from Tokyo to London, they stayed packed.

Top notch item works amazing for both planes and car rides. Strap to attach to back of headrest is a great feature and allows for you to stay upright even when asleep and stop you from getting a sore neck.

I chose this travel pillow because it figured as a good choice in most of the press reviews i read. Never the top pick but consistently high up in most reviews. just used it on a 13hr flight to S E Asia. I found it uncomfortable. The plane seats (Turkish Airlines) have padded headrests which push your head forward maybe 5cm and with the added width of the back of the travel pillow of another 5cm or so your sitting with your neck pushed forward by about 10cm. I found it positively uncomfortable. I tried all possible configurations and in the end gave up. Won’t be using it again. Pillow comfort is a subjective thing. So maybe it’s just me.

I like this neck pillow as it does give good support when you sleep on an aeroplane. I am not sure the securing straps are useful as I have never found a seat suitable to attach it to. Folds into its small pouch and easily attached to my ruck sack.

Lo compré en navidades pues comenzaba una época de viajes de trabajo. Muy buena compra, y muy útil con la bolsita para guardar plegado. Dentro cabe en una rejilla un antifaz para llevar y poder dormir en los aviones. Sin duda buena marca, de calidad, el precio merece la pena pues no te duele nada en los viajes y descansas.

Good product and excellent customer service. I have owed this product for 2 years and use it for travel almost every other month. It is comfortable, packs up well, and is helpful to travel with due to the way it attaches to the outside or fits within a carry-on bag. I recently had a problem with the zipper on the storage bag. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me a replacement. I was surprised at the friendliness, low-hassle, and promptness of their customer service. I would recommend purchasing from them based on that experience.
