You must buy an LED RGB controller another，connect it of the RGB port to the input led light terminals,and connect the LED RGB Controller of the input to the output our adapter.
Attention!LED RGB controller only a function of adjusting the RGB color,cann't connect directly to 110V voltage,it must be matched with our adapter.

It says "it can also be switched on to boot immediately". Any idea how to do this?

This isn’t just a simple transformer. It’s a power supply. That means there is some control logic that checks for faults in that 3 seconds, as well as ramps up the power with its switching power supply logic. However, it can be configured for immediate boot, but that comes with a risk of a power spike. This is not an LED driver that can be dimmed. I’m using this as a constant on power supply and dimming the output with an LED controller. The power supply will use less energy when the the demand drops.

Will this power supply work for linear actuators with 6 AMP maximum combined load

This is specifically for led lights. I don't think that it would work for an actuator.

Running a 12v, 12a linear actuator with a variable speed controller on mid way. it worked for awhile now converter wont work. any ideas? thanks

First,you should confirm the power supply is still working independently.
If driver also work,it could be the reason of variable speed controller.
If it doesn't working,the power is damaged.
Because variable speed controller is control the motor and other equipment,it starts instantaneously with three times the current running normally, will lead to transformer overcurrent damage.
So you could take out the variable speed controller.
