How to register with Bridgestone for unconditional warranty

Received Genuine products but you cannot register Warranty!
Don't believe in warranty it cannot be registered! The seller ETrade Online is not found with Brand's dealers list not even Amazon, so don't expect warranty. Wasted my hours of time trying to register warranty by continuing to contact customer support. The products I received are genuine and are manufactured the same year, which is fine as the tyres majorly does not require warranty coverage in my opinion and it's been a 5 months and they are running good.

Poor product and customer service
I am not getting option to connect with customer service as my return pick has not been picked up yet though seller had approved it. I just cancelled to recreate one but not it say not eligible item for return and refund.
