On The Go, Lunch Box Ready Banana Case (Without Carabiner) Yellow Small

After buying several banana holders which non of them fit properly. You needed to buy very small banana.. I have sugar crashes and got tired of squashed bananas in my pocket book. These fit large size with ease. It's wide enough where your not squeezing it in. I saw good reviews but other ones had much higher sales. This one is worth it. The plastic is strong. Held together with one side slightly attached plus bonus there's a latch to keep it closed. The opening on top is another plus for different size bananas. Definitely recommend.

This is very low quality. It feels flimsy and weak. I don’t think this will protect my banana. It is hard to open and close. I feel like I am going to break it every time I open it. I am returning this. A waste of money.

My kids like to pack bananas for school and sports all the time, but no matter How we packed them, how careful we were, or how brief of a time they were in their lunchbox/backpack, the banana would come out bruised and/or discolored. One day I saw one of the kids in my kindergarten class with this and witnessed how well it worked!! So for Christmas, I bought several as stocking stuffers for my husband and my teenagers. They all laughed and swore they wouldn't be caught dead whipping one of those out of their bag in front of their friends/teammates. After lots of convincing, they agreed to try it just once. They loved how the banana was just as fresh and delicious as when they first packed it. Now they won't take a banana anywhere without one and their friends are asking where they can get one! I've left the same banana (in the case) in my lunch box for several days and it stays fresher than the bunch I took it from that is in my fruit bowl. Before this, I couldn't eat a banana that had been in my bag for 3 hours, never mind 3 days! I've seen other version of this case, but I love that this one fits all bananas with various lengths, widths, and curves. We've had them for nearly a year and haven't found a banana that doesn't fit yet. All five cases I purchased still look and work like new, including the clasp. If you like to take bananas on-the-go, you NEED one of these. You won't regret it!

This little contraption looks absolutely ridiculous, but it really does exactly what it says it does: it keeps my banana safe in my bag. No more bruising, embarrassing brown bananas that explode and adhere to the contents of my satchel. Mine came wrapped in a plastic bag with a cardboard instruction/label stapled to it, and it says made in USA on the side. The clasp is still going strong after a few months and there has been no denting of cracking. The only thing I would warn you about is that it does nothing to stop the banana odor in your bag, and does not protect the stem so I have had it break off on occasion when the bananas are really large. So far, every banana I bought has fit. And the best part? It is an immediate conversation starter. I must admit people look at me strangely when I pull this thing out at lunch or snack time, but soon they start asking where I got it. If you hate strangers talking to you, then abstain from buying this product. And you get a virtual high five if you could get through this entire review without thinking I sound deranged.

I went to wash this when I got it and it broke. It isn't worth sending it back. I will probably still use it but just put a rubber band around it to keep it closed.

Bananas are said to be complete meal by itself. When we are out with our son, i usually carry 1-2 bananas, in case we are stuck somewhere and he is hungry. It quick, its fresh, its healthy and its filling. However, our problem was that bananas used to get squishy in diaper bag, as i'm kind of overpacker ;-). The first thing i loved about this case is, that its made in USA. The quality of hinge is actually good and strong compared to many other banana cases out in market. I was able to fit 1 big OR 2 small bananas in it easily without any trouble. If you fit only 1 big banana, there is still some small space left that you can utilize filling small snack or disposable bibs etc It fits easily in any diaper bag, and doesn't take much space, only as much as any 1 or 2 banana will usually take. I was out on whole day shopping trip with my family, and i was happy to find that by evening, the bananas were still intact. Its going strong till now with regular use. No hinge break or anything. I will update this review, if i find some issue later. But so far, I couldn't have been happier with this purchase. **[...]. El mejor, duro, Resistente, practico. El único detalle es el seguro de cierre, no ha fallado nadita, pero siento que si me descuido se romperá en un jalón.

The good news is that it arrived promptly as promised. The bad news is we never got a chance to use it because when we slid off the cardboard wrap around it, the snap lock fell off so it swings open. Save your money. Never even got a chance to open and close it. Disappointing.

My 9 year old loves this and it keeps his banana protected in his lunch. Easy to open and close and the shape is ideal for all of our bananas so far. The latch looks flimsy at times, but is still holding strong.
