It's expensive, but it's doing wonders for my fingernails! I can tell when I start skipping days because that's where they end up starting to weaken. Not sure if it's doing other things, but I'm loving my strong long nails!

Been taking for almost 2 years in my coffee. It mixes incredibly. My husband didn’t even notice. I notice in my face and my joints when I stop using. I feel like I look 5 years older at least when I am not taking it consistently.. Love this product! Hope they don’t change it up.
