I love these tablets. I bought them because I am very prone to dehydration-related kidney problems, no matter how much I seem to drink. I put 2 tablets into a ~1L bottle of water, and drink this once a day in the morning. I find the flavour pleasant (the strawberry ones are my favourite... The blackcurrant ones are nice too, but I find the lemon ones taste a little too much like cold lemsip for my liking!) Since using these every day, I feel so much more hydrated I have had fewer kidney infections, and as a bonus my skin is much clearer too! I have never felt better!

They taste gross, but they definitely work! my ultimate hangover cure, one of these with an orange vitamin c tablet helps wake you up and feel energised. Personally i take them with a stanley bottle amount of water as the taste reminds me of watered down ice cream but to each their own. Great value compared to others

I know these are recommended by everyone and even the NHS however, I don't think they work for me.I took 2 tablets when i was dehydrated however after taking them my tongue and mouth was extremely dry like a desert for a good few hours.Please bear in mind it wasn't like that before taking the tablets,I'm going to continue taking them when I'm dehydrated And see if I get the same effect or not and will update later.

I buy these all the time. Flavour isn’t overly powering.

Die Hydrationstabletten schmecken gut und lösen sich schnell im Wasser auf, ohne dabei eine Sauerei zu verursachen. Nach dem Trinken fühle ich mich deutlich besser hydriert.Praktisch ist außerdem, dass sich die Tabletten leicht halbieren lassen. Dadurch kann die Dosierung je nach Wassermenge oder Bedarf angepasst werden.Fazit: Gut geeignet für Sport, Reisen und heiße Tage. Einfach anzuwenden, angenehm im Geschmack und praktisch zu portionieren.

Nice tasting flavour and certainly helps hydration when out doing activities in the Summer. I've found that I definitely do not need to drink as much water when I am using ORS Hydration tablets but still getting sufficiently hydrated.
