My preferred brand of electrolyte replacement tablets
Highly recommend ORS tablets. Great for electrolyte replenishment and certainly helps if you feel a bit groggy from your previous night out!! Not a cure but definitely helps. I always have a pack in my case when travelling, which can be very tiring, and they helped with jet lag on a previous trip. May not work for everyone but definitely helped me. Tried other brands but always return to ORS as I find them value for money with a great taste.

Perfect hydration for flights & holiday with added immune support !
I bought these tablets for my flight & holiday to Sharm-el-sheikh . Important to keep hydrated!!! This particular tablet was 👌 fab. The added benefits of boosting immune system whilst travelling at airport on plane etc was a real bonus. I always seem to catch a cold or something. This time I took one of these daily in 500ml of water....& no illness!!! (My husband had upset tummy whilst away & has cough & cold since arriving home !!) I pop one in my small water bottle to sip during flight. ( recommended 1 x tablet per day) The taste is very pleasant..slightly orange not strong. Reduces tiredness & fatigue Supports immunity Improves clarity & focus. Take forever to dissolve!
These are nice and I think rehydrate you, but we are on our second pack and they all take forever dissolve which is annoying. You have to start crushing them with spoons etc or you would have to go back to it the next day to drink it. So as long as you don’t mind spending 5 mins crushing it, they taste nice and I think they help wiry rehydration as well haven’t really had the hangovers.

Great to put in my handbag on hot days to keep myself and kids hydrated, not the greatest taste but does give me energy once drunk, just drop 2 into a bottle of water and go, love the handy tube to take on the go
