We’ve been using this magnesium for a while now and it’s been a great value compared to what we were paying at the grocery or drug store. The capsules are a reasonable size (paperclip in my photo for scale, sorry I didn't have a banana!) and easy enough to take at night. My husband used to get nighttime leg cramps, and since he’s been taking this regularly, those have pretty much stopped for him. We also both feel like it helps us wind down and sleep a little better. I don’t get leg cramps myself, but I still take it as part of my nightly pill routine along with melatonin and it’s worked well for me. For the price and bottle size, it’s definitely worth it and I'll certainly keep buying them in the future but again at 1 pill daily and with 240 pills in the bottle we'll be good for a while!

I swear by magnesium glycinate. I have been using another product for a year. I usually take two 250mg. I felt like that helped a great deal. Stumbled on this product. More capsules in bottle and 500mg. Read the positive reviews on absorption and quality. It arrived yesterday. I took 1 capsule for the first time last night. My sleep was efficient and for the first time in awhile I haven't woken up with body aches. While my sleep was efficient with the other product, I was still waking up with some pain. I thought that was better than what I was feeling. I am up this morning ready to workout. I haven't felt like this in a year. My body feels like old times. I also like the results of how quickly after taking it you fall asleep. Within 20-30 minutes I was drifting off to sleep. Usually, it takes an hour and maybe an hour and a half to fall asleep. Sometimes longer with the other product, but my sleep was efficient. This product feels good for digestion as well. I'm glad I gave this product a try. I'll be back with update when I run out.

Love these. I haven't had a problem sleeping after my kids were grown (listening mode off.. use to sleep/constantly listen if something would happen). Now I sleep fast and good. Taking these and I sleep no interruptions lol. I am out. I'll keep taking
